Community First Choice (CFC), 1915(k) state plan option
Covered service, as the state lists it: Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS)
CFC can include Personal Care Services (PCS), Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), case management, and chore services.
Eligibility is decided by the program, not by us; ask your case manager or the Division of Senior and Disabilities Services, Alaska Department of Health.

The state unit on aging is the Division of Senior and Disabilities Services, Alaska Department of Health. It is the door for questions about eligibility and about what Alaska offers.

What Seniors Alert System offers
From $29.95 a month, about $1 a day, up to $49.95. The equipment is a one-time $129 on every plan, paid at checkout or financed. There is no activation fee, and every plan is 30 days risk-free.
