Privacy Notice
What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.
It is a short list, and it is short on purpose. We ask for the least that lets a person ring you back.
Last updated: 2026-09-30
Pending counsel review before launch. The commitments on this page are real and we intend to keep every one of them, but the wording has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be before this site goes live, and this note comes off when it has.
What we collect
- Your name
- So the person who calls you back knows who they are asking for.
- Your phone number
- So we can call you back. On the waitlist, it is also the number we call or text when ordering opens, and only if you ticked the box that allows it.
- Your email address, if you give it (waitlist only)
- Optional. We email you when ordering opens and about our plans, and only if you ticked the email box. Every email has a link to stop them.
- Your ZIP code (waitlist only)
- So we know where the people waiting are, in case ordering does not open everywhere on the same day.
- Who the system is for
- Yourself, a parent, a spouse, another family member, or someone else. It changes the conversation, so the agent has it before they dial.
- Campaign attribution
- Up to six campaign tags from the web address you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and a Google click identifier), the page you landed on, the host name of the site that referred you, and the time of that first visit. This tells us which advertising is worth paying for. It contains nothing about you.
- A record of your consent
- The exact sentence you agreed to, its version, the moment you agreed, the page you were on, your network address and your browser's user agent. On the waitlist we also keep both sentences exactly as they were shown and which boxes you ticked. This is evidence of what you were shown, which protects you as much as it protects us.
What we do not collect
No home address, no date of birth, and no medical information. The call-back form has three fields; the waitlist has five, and the only optional one is email. There is nothing else hidden in either. We do not buy lists and we do not sell yours.
No advertising pixels
This site carries no advertising pixel and no third-party advertising tracker. Not from a social network, not from a search engine, not from an affiliate network. The only measurement on the site is our hosting provider’s own page analytics, which counts page views and does not identify you.
This is enforced in the code, not only promised here: the content security policy this site sends permits no advertising origin at all, so a pixel could not load even if someone added one by mistake.
The consent
The sentence you agree to, printed here as well.
It is stored with your record word for word, along with the version below, so there is never a question about what you were shown.
Call or text me about pricing for a medical alert system. Seniors Alert System keeps my name, phone number and who the system is for, in order to call me back and as part of its business records, until I ask for them to be deleted.

The waitlist: two boxes, both unticked until you tick them
When you ask us to tell you ordering has opened, you can take calls and texts, email, or both. Each box is its own consent, and each is stored word for word with the version below, along with both sentences exactly as they were shown to you.
Calls and texts
Yes, Seniors Alert System Inc. may call and text me at the mobile number above about when ordering opens and about its plans and offers, including calls and texts sent using automated technology and calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice. I am the subscriber or regular user of this number. My consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Notice.
Yes, Seniors Alert System Inc. may email me about when ordering opens and about its plans and offers. I can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Consent version: sas-waitlist-consent-v2
What it is for, and how to stop it
We use the waitlist to tell you when ordering opens and about our plans and offers, and for nothing else. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or call us, and we stop. Asking us to stop does not delete your details; asking us to delete them, below, does both.
Retention and deletion
How long we keep it, and how to make us stop.
How long
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the order record and the consent record for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, because those are the documents that prove what you agreed to and what you were charged.
How to ask for deletion
Ask by phone or in writing. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into. Tell us the name and the phone number you gave us, and we will delete the record and confirm that we have.
- By phone
- 888-546-5463
- In writing
- Seniors Alert System Inc., 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801
Who else sees it
Our own staff and the call centre that rings you back. The service that stores the record for us, and the service that hosts this website. When ordering opens, the service that sends our texts and emails to the waitlist. Nobody else, and none of them may use it for anything except the call you asked for or the messages you agreed to.
Changes to this Privacy Notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not backdate a notice and we do not apply a new one to a record collected under the old one without asking you.
