Accessibility
Comfortable to read at seventy is the whole design brief.
This is not a compliance page bolted on at the end. The accessibility decisions below are the design, and the reason the site looks the way it does.

Pending counsel review before launch. The commitments on this page are real and we intend to keep every one of them, but the wording has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be before this site goes live, and this note comes off when it has.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA, and we reach level AAA on colour contrast wherever the design allows it. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so this page is a statement of what we have done and what we measure, not a certificate.
The specific choices
- 20px body text, and nothing smaller than 16px
- Body copy is 20px and lead paragraphs are 22px. 16px is reserved for table cells and footnotes. The 12px legal strip the category uses to hide its terms does not exist on this site, because there is no type size here small enough to hide anything in.
- 48px minimum on every interactive target
- Every button, link and form control has a touch target at least 48 pixels tall. Checkboxes and radio buttons are smaller than that on their own, so each one is paired with a full-width label that is part of the same target: tapping the words works exactly like tapping the box. That height is above the WCAG 2.2 AA requirement of 24 pixels, and above the 44 pixels most design guidance suggests, because the person using this site may have tremor or arthritis.
- Contrast above the AAA threshold wherever the design allows
- Body text measures 17.45 to 1 against the page background and secondary text measures 8.53 to 1, both against a AAA target of 7 to 1. Inline links measure 7.82 to 1. Those numbers come from a contrast script that runs on every build and fails it below target. There is no grey-on-white text anywhere.
- Focus is always visible
- Every focusable element takes a 3 pixel coral ring at a 2 pixel offset. No control removes its focus outline without putting something at least as visible in its place, because an invisible focus state reads as a broken control to anyone navigating by keyboard.
- No carousels
- Nothing on this site moves content out from under you on a timer. If it is worth reading it is on the page.
- No autoplay
- No video or audio starts by itself. Nothing loops and nothing animates on scroll.
- No entry popups
- No modal asks for your email before you have read anything, and no chat window opens itself. The price is on the pricing page without a gate of any kind.
- Motion respects your system setting
- When your device asks for reduced motion, transitions and the one chart animation are removed outright rather than merely shortened.
- Structure a screen reader can use
- One h1 per page, headings in order, a skip link to the main content, real tables with a header on every column and row, and disclosure panels built from the browser's own details element so they work without JavaScript.
- Colour is never the only signal
- Every plan is named in words and every price is written out, so nothing depends on telling two colours apart. The site reads the same in greyscale.
Report a barrier
If something on this site got in your way, tell us.
We will fix it, and we will tell you when it is fixed. You do not have to know the technical term for the problem: describing what happened is enough.

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you use assistive technology, telling us which one helps, but it is not required.
If something here is blocking you, ring the sales line and a person will help. When ordering opens, nobody will have to use this website to become a customer.
