The monthly price is the same at every length. A longer program is a longer commitment, not a cheaper one.

Paying for the equipment
The equipment is $129, one time, payable at checkout or financed. We do not publish an instalment figure, because no lender has quoted one, and financing is subject to the lender's approval.
No financing partner has been signed, so there is nothing to apply for. When one is, this slot shows the lender's own terms, in the lender's own words.

I am ordering the Smart Protection plan, monitoring at $44.95 per month, plus a one-time $129 equipment fee. I am committing to a 24-month program at that monthly price. I understand month-to-month service renews automatically each month until I cancel, that I can cancel in writing or by phone, and that after the 30-day risk-free window a prepaid or financed program is not refundable except under the death or care-facility policy.
