What is not on this sheet
Fall detection is not listed above because the maker publishes no fall-detection specification for this device. We have asked for written confirmation either way. The plans that do name it are the Fall Detection and Smart Protection plans, where the maker states it outright.

Who it suits
A pendant makes sense for someone who leaves the house.
What it does
One press puts the wearer through to a monitoring centre. The operator can send help or ring the contacts on file.
What it does not do
It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose anything. It cannot stop a fall from happening. It puts a person on the line and can bring help to the door.
